Under the supervision of the Athletic Director, responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating a vision and recruiting for a NCAA Division III Men's Lacrosse program. Essential Functions of the Position: Create a vision for NCAA, Division III lacrosse program with learning outcomes and life-long values for the participants that transcend the sport. Of particular importance are academic progress, retention initiatives, community contributions and emotional and athletic development.
