The Assistant Athletic Trainer will report to the Associate Athletic Director of Sports Medicine. The position will supervise and coordinate athletic training services for student-athletes in intercollegiate athletic programs – football in the fall, and assist with men’s and women’s track & field in the spring. Essential duties include but are not be limited to: assist with the prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, physician referral, and medical documentation of all injuries associated with assigned student athletes; communicate with coaches, student athletes, parents, staff and physicians within NATA and HIPAA guidelines; observe all athletic policy and procedures in accordance with NATA regulations as well as NCAA, Conference USA and MTSU rules and remain certified to perform these du
