Sporting Springfield is seeking to hire a Girls Director of Coaching. The position is extremely important to the long term success of player development within our club.  The Girls DOC will oversee the Girls component of the club for ages u9 through u19.  This includes, but is not limited to, staffing retention/recruitment, curriculum development, player retention/recruitment, and league and tournament decisions for teams.  Our Girls teams participate in the following leagues: ECNL Regional League Pre ECNL
