The head women’s softball coach is responsible for the organization and administration of the intercollegiate softball program within the policies, guidelines, and rules of the NCAA, the Great American Conference, and Southwestern Oklahoma State University. This includes recruiting quality student-athletes, developing successful softball program, and scheduling. Has overall responsibility for compliance of university policies and procedures and state or federal mandates for responsibility areas.
