Head Women’s Soccer Coach Bethany College is seeking qualified applicants for the full-time, 12-month position of Head Women’s Soccer Coach. This position will report to the Director of Athletics. The successful candidate must coordinate and implement all aspects of a competitive program. Responsibilities include: - Meet recruiting goal - Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes - Monitor and support all student-athletes in their academic pursuits - Manage the recruiting and operating budgets of the program in accordance with all Bethany College policies - Plans, prepares and oversees all practices and scheduled competitions to provide a positive and competitive experience for student-athletes - Coo
