De Anza College is seeking a part-time assistant coach to specialize in either the sprints, jumps or distance events for the track and field team. The ideal candidate will have a background in coaching these disciplines and a passion for developing student-athletes. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in planning and implementing training programs, providing technical instruction during practice sessions, and supporting athletes during competitions. The assistant coach will also contribute to recruiting efforts, and promoting a positive team environment.
