ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES: - Support the academic success of all student-athletes and demonstrate a strong commitment to their personal and professional development. - Assist in the planning, management, evaluation, operation, and coordination of all aspects of the men's volleyball program. - Supervise and organize practice sessions, game-day coaching operations, scheduling, and team travel. - Maintain proper and appropriate discipline among students during athletic contests, practice sessions, and while on trips off campus. - Supervise the assistant coaching staff. - Actively recruit prospective students of the highest quality in order to contribute to the program’s success. - Engage in team fundraising activities and alumni
