Job Summary The primary function of this position is to assist in the day-to-day operations of a highly competitive Division III program. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, develop, and coach men’s soccer student-athletes. Contribute to competitive success through effective teaching of individual and team skills. Recruit and retain prospective student-athletes while adhering to the philosophy of Colorado College and applicable NCAA Division III and conference rules. Utilize various technology platforms, video, and soccer-specific software programs for recruiting, instruction, scouting, and match preparation purposes.
