SUMMARY: Provides assistance with coaching of the Baseball team and all facets of the program, particularly in the areas of recruiting, training, scheduling and conditioning exercise. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Assists the Head Coach with the organization, administration and implementation of the Baseball program. • Assists the Head Coach in recruiting and retaining a minimum roster of 45 student-athletes in accordance with Centenary College and NCAA policy guidelines. • Participates in organizing and supervising practices and games. • Directs preseason conditioning program for student athletes. • Establishes daily practice routines to include condition, running and scrimmages. • Over 25 percent travel time required to attend SCAC and NCAA meetings, conferenc
