This position reports to the Head Cross Country and Track & Field Coach. Responsible to the head coach for providing coaching expertise and leadership of the intercollegiate athletics women’s track and field program. Recruiting to identify and cultivate academically qualified and highly skilled student-athletes. Organize the administration of the day-to-day operations in scheduling competition, event management, team travel plans, practice organization, and other administrative duties.
Candidate must display the highest of ethical standards, recruit qualified student-athletes and display a commitment to their academic success. Working knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and procedures is necessary. CPR certification will be required within 90 days of start date.
