The Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach/Aquatics Director will assist administratively as the primary point of contact for the Cosgrove, Marcus, Messer Athletic Center pool. As the Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach, this individual is accountable for building the requisite roster size and developing a student-athlete recruitment plan to ensure the long-term sustainability and competitiveness of appropriate rosters. The Head Coach implements a strength and conditioning program and plans for and manages practices and competitions.
