Director of Athletics The Director of Athletics provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for SUNY Orange's intercollegiate athletic programs. This role ensures compliance with NJCAA regulations, manages departmental staff, oversees athletic facilities, and drives initiatives for athletic excellence and student-athlete success. The Director is responsible for aligning the athletic program with the College's mission while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and achievement. This position requires a flexible schedule with evening and weekend commitments and regular travel.Key Responsibilities:Develop and imple
