Purpose of Position: •Under general supervision the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach is responsible for developing a best-in-class women’s women’s lacrosse program that represents the institution’s and athletic department’s mission and values. The head coach will lead, teach, recruit, and graduate a diverse group of high character women who embody respect, sportsmanship, service, hard work, and determination. The women’s lacrosse coach will lead a program that competes at a high level on the field and in the classroom.
