Administrative Responsibilities: Assist a Football Coordinator with different aspects of on-the-field coaching. Assist with game-day assignments and duties. Assist with student-athlete recruiting within assigned recruiting area. Provide customer services to student athletes, faculty and administration, parents, fans, community, and media. Assist head coach by knowing and abiding by conference guidelines and NCAA rules and regulations. Assist head coach in initiating changes that will improve the quality of the program and the experience of the student-athlete. Other Responsibilities: Perform general duties to ensure the quality, safety, and the development of the program and the experience of the student-athlete. Support a welcoming College environment. Complete duties as assigned by head coach or other assistants. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President for Athletics.

Qualifications:
Education, Certifications, Training, Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's degree preferred
• Previous successful college/high school playing and or coaching/teaching experience preferred
• Video editing experience preferred

Skills, Competencies, and Abilities:

• Ability to coach, teach, and recruit within the philosophy of Division III athletics and a liberal arts institution
• Demonstrated knowledge of the game
• Dedication to the development of the total student-athlete
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Strong computer skills
