Position Summary: Assist the Head Coach with the recruitment, development, and retention of lacrosse players at the College including team management, planning and execution, scheduling, travel, monitoring player academic progress, equipment control, fundraising, and campus, community, and department relations. The Assistant Coach must be knowledgeable and follow NCAA Division III, Ohio Athletic Conference and appropriate governing bodies' policies and procedures regarding intercollegiate athletics.
