Indiana University Kokomo seeks qualified candidates for Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball. Indiana University Kokomo athletics is a member of the NAIA. IU Kokomo offers 14 varsity sports. The position is hourly and fluctuates depending on the time of year. Reporting to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will provide support in the management and administration of all aspects of the program, including but not limited to: Assisting with all aspects of the recruitment process, including development of recruitment plans and targeting potential student-athletes. Developing and leading strength training and conditioning programs. Attending and leading practice as well as game planning efforts. Providing and supervising academic support opportunities.
