Wabash College seeks candidates for the position of Director of Athletics and Recreation. The Director reports to the President of the College and is a member of the Senior Staff. The Director provides leadership to the Intercollegiate Athletics Department and directs and coordinates the development and administration of all athletic programs in compliance with NCAA regulations.
Specifically, the Director will:
•Oversee the daily operation of the Allen Athletics and Recreation Center and all of the College’s athletic facilities.
•Supervise the staff of the Athletics Department, including hiring, onboarding, developing, and evaluating coaches and other personnel.
•Create an environment designed to facilitate the growth and development of individual students as lead
