Capital University seeks an energetic and innovative candidate to provide Internal Operations support within the Athletics Department. This coordinator position will work in conjunction with the Athletics Department, Coaches, Staff, and Student-athletes, while also coordinating efforts with other entities across the campus. The creation of this new position will support Capital's efforts toward inclusive excellence and ensure that every student-athlete has the appropriate resources and support system to thrive, with focus on an athlete's first two years of attendance. This position will provide new resources and a modern approach to supporting under-served and under-represented student populations by ensuring that every student-athlete has the appropriate support system when it comes to learning at Capital University.
This is a 2-year position funded primarily through a grant from the NCAA that we were approved to receive.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years of related experience and/or training is preferred.
