This 10-month position will be responsible for managing all aspects of a competitive NCAA Division DIII Women’s Lacrosse Program, including but not limited to; practice planning, recruiting, game day management, and scheduling. This position will assist the Director of Athletics and Recreation with the long-term planning and development of the Women’s Lacrosse program and an additional administrative area will also be assigned. The department of Athletics & Recreation subscribes to the philosophy that athletics complements the total education experience of our students. Bachelor’s degree at the time of appointment
Coaching and/or lacrosse playing experience at the NCAA level
Demonstrated understanding of NCAA Rules and Regulations
Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, organization, and relationship building
CPR/AED certification will be required within one month of appointment
A valid driver license at the time of appointment and the ability and willingness to drive fleet vehicles
Willingness and ability to travel and perform evening and weekend work
A demonstrated ability to work effectively with faculty, staff and administrators
