Mount St. Mary’s University Athletics is seeking organized and motivated individuals to serve as Assistant Swim Coaches both part-time and full-time. Assistant Coaches report to the Head Coach and works with the Department of Athletics. These individuals will assist in overseeing all non-tuition revenue as it relates to the university athletic department. The Assistant Coach assists in coaching, recruitment, and retention of Men’s and Women’s Swimming for the University. This individual must be results-oriented and demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Mount St. Mary’s University.
