The University of North Alabama is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Softball Coach. This position is responsible for assisting the head coach with planning and organizing all phases of the softball program. Responsibilities include coaching and administrative duties as directed by the head coach but are not limited to; assisting in practice planning and field coaching (running drills), position-specific player development and skills training, recruiting, game preparation, scouting, and community involvement. Additionally, this position provides leadership and support for the vision and strategies of the head coach.
