Assistant Coach - Director NIL & Program Operations
Work closely with the Head Men's Basketball coach in organizing, administering, and overseeing all aspects of our NCAA Division I Men's Basketball program operations. Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head Coach and staff to support the program's NIL vision while cultivating long-term partnerships essential to the sustained success of MTSU's basketball program, develop systems that maximize MTSU's resources and brand, and provide financial education to help student-athletes build a strong economic foundation. Serve as an executive leader who solves complex problems, reduces stress, and builds confidence for the Head Coach in the evolving NIL era.
