The University of Missouri’s Softball Program is seeking an Assistant Coach. Reporting to the Head Coach, this individual will be responsible for: Assisting in the daily operation of the program, including team practices, drills, and game preparation. Collaborating with the staff to develop and implement training strategies to enhance performance. Contributing to the recruitment process by scouting potential student-athletes and evaluating talent and participating in campus recruiting. Analyzing video footage and statistical data of matches to provide feedback and areas for improvement. Supporting the student-athletes in their academic and personal development goals. Participating in clinics, exhibitions, and camps as approved by the University.
