The University at Albany, Department of Athletics is seeking an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. The position will be primarily responsible for Women’s Basketball, Softball, Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and assist with Football. The Candidate Must be able to design and implement periodized, evidence-based, sport specific programs for all teams. Ability to assess and evaluate each athlete's movement and program individual needs to improve physical development; help reduce injuries; and enhance athletic performance.
