About the Job: The Assistant Men's and Women's Cross Country and Distance Coach will assist in coordinating all aspects of the George Fox University Men's and Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Long Distance programs. This includes responsibilities related to coaching, recruiting, organizing, and executing practice and competition strategies, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, team management, and overall program administration. In addition to coaching duties, this role will also support the athletic department by assisting with game management responsibilities across various sports as needed.
