| Position Purpose: | To oversee and manage all soccer operations and oversee the leadership, coaching staff, and soccer employees of the organization. |
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure all soccer programs are executing at full strength and supporting all leadership and coaching staff to best perform to the standards of ALBION SC.
- Manage and oversee the soccer side of the club with a detailed approach.
- Implement club philosophy and club culture towards player development and the disciplines that surround the club and game of soccer.
- Oversee Tryouts and formation of teams within Development, Advancement, and Placement.
- Organize Team meetings for each section of the club with Directors stepping in to have club/team meetings.
- Set PowerPoint and standard for team meetings and Directors to follow.
- Set up team schedules for each team in the club.
- Set up training times for each team in the club in a spreadsheet.
- Set up and confirm that each coach has completed player evaluations in Zoom Reports.
- Set up and release Surveys on each coach in the club.
- Work with Directors on issues surrounding teams within the club and be proactive with each team in the club to provide the best experience and meet the club goals and objectives.
- Oversee player/parent issues to completion with a follow up to the family to put issues to rest and confirm customer satisfaction.
- Work with the Club Operations Director to assure the club is working with efficiency and systems operationally are successful. (Example: Goal Set up and Tear Down)
- Help manage the coaches within the Club to the expectations of the ALBION program; this will also be something each program Director will be managing.
- Set out team goals and objectives so all Directors are aware of what each team in the club is trying to achieve from a club standpoint.
- Assign field space to coaching staff weekly and monthly.
- Oversee Schedule of league Games.
- Coordinating Home Games for each team weekly.
- Setting state league Home Schedule for all teams.
- Oversee the referee assignments, interacting with the Referee assignor.
- Provide back up printing of player cards as needed for the program.
- Manage Website content as needed for the club.
- Oversee Total Scope of On Field Operations.
- Oversee and manage field operations and leadership.
- Oversee management of the club when the Technical Director is not present on site.
- Oversee Juniors, Development, Advancement, and Placement with overall club standards.
- Manage and oversee Tryout Process for club message and club protocols.
- Manage the level of presentation on the field by all staff with proper sessions and goals.
- Responsible for participating in all club functions as a leader of the organization. This will include a Golf Tournament, Gala, End of the Year Recognition, ASC, etc.
- Assist the Technical Director with daily administrative duties, including all tasks necessary to operate the program such as running errands, handling emails, phone calls, printing jobs, PowerPoint presentations, clubhouse tasks etc.

Part of being a leader in this club is leading by example and in the fundraising portion of the year we need all leadership to be a factor.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Make sure all rosters and teams are built to budget.
- 90 percent retention of the club.
- Master the core curriculum in each age group and make sure that we hold all coaches to the accountability of training our players under the core curriculum.
- Each program: GK, Juniors, Development, Advancement, Placement are all executing to the standards and expectations of the club.
- Team meetings held for each team.
- Communication to managers, coaches and teams is considered excellent.
Requirements
As a full-time position, the role will come with an expectation that you are full-time with ALBION SC. The nature of the position requires you to work from home and you will be able to utilize the office for work and meetings with approval from ED. You will also be required to attend leadership meetings held at the club office weekly and/or virtually and make sure your focus lies solely on building the ALBION SC program.
