REPORTS TO: Director of Athletics POSITION SUMMARY: Demonstrating a willingness and capability to abide by Athletic Department, Eureka College, the National Collegiate Athletic Association, and the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference rules as applicable in Women’s Softball, the Head Coach is responsible for the daily functioning of their team which includes planning, organizing, instructing, directing, and managing a program exemplified by integrity.
