The Lebanon Valley College Department of Athletics seeks a full-time assistant men’s soccer coach. The full-time assistant men’s soccer coach works 10 months annually to be determined by the head coach and the sport season. Primary responsibilities are to provide individual and team instruction, skill development and technique, conditioning, and game preparation for team members; assist in identifying and recruiting qualified student-athletes and assume a secondary assignment within the Athletic Department. The assistant coach is also expected to demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship and conduct becoming of the coaching profession, stay abreast of any rule changes relative to their sport, and to adhere to all rules, regulations and policies of the NCAA and MAC Freedom Conference.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s or advanced degree, successful coaching experience (preferable at the collegiate level) and collegiate playing experience.
