Plan and implement all phases of a competitive national level NCAA Division I baseball program, including student-athlete recruitment, scheduling, conducting practice sessions, conditioning programs, public relations activities, development initiatives and scouting/game preparation. Administer a sound and productive recruiting program within the university policies. Provide assistance as requested with the departmental fundraising and public relations programs. Perform other duties outside of those related to baseball as assigned by the Director of Athletics and/or his designee.
