The Head Softball Coach is a key member of the coaching team, who provides leadership and vision within the Athletics Department, as well as among the student-athletes. This position is responsible for performing the duties and requirements of the head coach for the Softball program, as well as working in coordination with others in Athletics to achieve the departmental and strategic goals. In addition, this person must be committed to the education Mission of the University.
