Warren Wilson College invites applications for the Head Men’s Volleyball Coach. We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven individual with the right aptitude and experience to recruit students for our Men’s Volleyball program. The individual in this role will also be responsible for motivating and supporting student-athletes, and creating a strong team performance and culture. Competitive applicants should have proven successful coaching and recruiting experience in the sport of volleyball, and possess excellent communication and efficient organizational skills. The primary areas of responsibility for this position include oversight and operation of the Men’s Volleyball Team, including all aspects of coaching, recruiting, budgeting, scheduling, and managing the men's intercollegiate volleyball program within the policies and philosophy of Warren Wilson College. This position is required to work frequently during evenings and weekends.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Two years of coaching or related athletic experience, or at least two years participating at the collegiate level.
Demonstrated knowledge of collegiate volleyball.
Evidence of team-building skills focusing on communication and positive interactions.
Demonstrated ability to work with people from a diverse range of identities and experiences.
Current certification in first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automatic external defibrillator (AED) use or ability to obtain certifications upon hire.
