Head Strength and Conditioning Coach
Job Summary
The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach is responsible for leading and guiding the athletic strength and conditioning program in a positive Christian manner, including compliance with NCAA and ASC regulations. The Coach provides leadership for a program that contributes to the holistic development of students. The Coach coordinates the strength and conditioning program for all sports in cooperation with the head coaches. This position works directly with the athletic training staff for rehabilitation planning for student-athletes. The position also designs individual programs for student-athletes, supervises training, and prepares, inspects, and maintains all weight room equipment for preseason, in season, and postseason workouts.
