Ball State University is seeking qualified candidates to fill an open Volunteer Intern Strength and Conditioning Coach (basketball) position. This volunteer position would work under the direct supervision of the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Men’s and Women’s Basketball. Candidates will be assigned duties based on previous experience and strengths within the program. Candidates will gain valuable experience working with a Division 1 basketball program. Candidates will assist in administrative duties, weight room management, data input, and entry, nutrition/fuel disbursement, and will be included in the semester-long intern curriculum. The chosen candidate(s) will receive no monetary compensation outside of gaining division 1 experience as a strength and conditioning volunteer,
