Position Summary: Assists with the coaching and administrative duties of the NCAA Division I women’s basketball program. Primary function is the proper instruction and teaching of the fundamentals of the sport assigned. Secondary responsibilities include recruiting prospective student-athletes as well as monitoring the current student-athletes. Other duties will include sport camp involvements as well as certain NCAA duties. Essential Functions of the Job: 1. RECRUITING: Evaluates and recruits high school players, entertains prospective recruits and their accompanied family on campus. Introduces them to the on campus amenities and samples campus life during their tours. Makes phone calls, sends emails or makes social media contact within the NCAA
