The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for supporting and coordinating all aspects of the volleyball team, providing significant contributions to the development of student athletes through mentorship, guidance, leadership opportunities, community building, and a commitment to social justice. This position is responsible for the administration of all phases of varsity intercollegiate athletics with guidelines from Bates College, the NCAA, and NESCAC including, compliance, scheduling competitions, travel planning, data management, practice scheduling, and roster management. Coaching Responsibilities: - Provide leadership, supervision, and development for the volleyball team to support student athletes in the areas of athletic competition skills, conditioning, persona
