Overview: Under general direction of the Head Women’s Swimming Coach, the coach will assist with all aspects in the management of a competitive NCAA DII Swimming & diving program, managed in accordance with NCAA, Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC), and Hillsdale College policies and regulations. Areas of responsibility include: swim technique and skill instruction, recruitment of student-athletes, student-athlete development, assist in management of budget, travel and equipment; assist with fundraising and community engagement activities; adherence to NCAA/GMAC legislation, and other duties as assigned.
