Essential Functions of the Position: Assist Head Coach in managing all phases of a NCAA, Division III women's soccer program with specific responsibilities outlined below: Understand, support and embody team's overarching philosophy as developed by Head Coach. Teach proper soccer techniques in position groups assigned by the head coach and assess skill development. Assist planning practice and game planning Recruit future student athletes who understand and are prepared for the demands presented by small, private-college, non-scholarship athletic programs.  Includes: knowledge and use of Frontrush, travel, nightly calls, conducting campus visits. Instruct concepts of overall physical health and safety for both individuals and the team.
