Under the guidance and direction of the Senior Director of Compliance & Eligibility Operations, the Compliance Associate assists with the execution of the following areas: responding to basic compliance and eligibility questions via email and telephone; initiating and processing athletic team audits; drafting member communications; processing ejection reports and Noncollegial incidents; assist in managing the NJCAA Admin Portal; and supporting the Senior Director of Compliance & Eligibility Operations in other areas as needed.
