The qualified applicant will report to the Director of Athletics. This position is a full-time, nine-month, program-track appointment. Springfield College recognizes the unique and important contribution that faculty members with coaching responsibilities make to the academic and co-curricular life of the College. The individual is responsible for all phases of the Men’s Lacrosse program including competition and practice planning, mentoring of staff, recruitment and development of student-athletes, equipment, contest scheduling, public relations including social media and other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
