Under the supervision of the Head Women's Volleyball Coach: assist in the administration, organization and overall coaching of the university's NCAA Division I Women's Volleyball program. Essential tasks include: assist the head coach with coordinating practice and game on floor coaching, scouting of opponents, on and off campus recruiting and assist in game preparations and player improvements. Provide team film exchange, community & public relations, game promotion and participation in summer camps and clinics. Ensure the program will be competitive on the field and in the classroom within NCAA guidelines and in a professional manner.
