Job Summary The primary function of this position is to provide mentorship and instruction to student-athletes within the women’s basketball program as we seek to win an SCAC championship and represent Colorado College in the NCAA tournament. Responsibilities · Instruct student athletes in the proper execution of sport-specific techniques, strategies, and conditioning; provide education through practice and individual/small group workouts. Provide instruction in similar ways regarding leadership development and team building. · Develop and maintain positive, professional and effective communication with student athletes. Meet with small groups of student-athletes and individual student-athletes on a regular basis. · Utilize video and VOLLEYMETRICS for coaching
