GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: The Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Track and Field – Cross Country position requires all functions usually associated with an intercollegiate athletic program and will be bound by the university and the athletic department mission statements. SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES: 1. Coaching and management of all practice sessions and program-associated events. 2. Have a sound knowledge and adherence to NAIA and Sooner Athletic Conference rules and regulations. 3. Understand and support the mission, policies, and regulations of Wayland Baptist University. 3.
