Assistant head coach for the women's volleyball program at the University of West Florida. Assists the head coach in all aspects of a collegiate volleyball program including individual workouts, practice schedules, game preparation, scouting, recruiting, and monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes. Assist the head coach with all aspects of the intercollegiate women’s volleyball program at the University of West Florida. Responsible for assistance in the coordination and direction of the intercollegiate volleyball program as follows: (1) instruct the athletes on how to perform volleyball (2) establish an appropriate schedule for varsity competition, (3) determines size of squad, physical development of program, appropriate practices, etc. (4) coordinate necessary travel
