The head coach for men’s and women’s swimming and diving program is responsible for the organization and administration of both programs. Reporting to the director of athletics, this 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible position provides An excellent opportunity to mentor and empower student-athletes to be their best selves on and off the field; and The ability to build up and build upon positive relationships with prospective student-athletes and their families, colleagues, alumni, donors, and the greater Kalamazoo community.
