The Head Coach Women's Volleyball will direct, organize, administer, and manage all aspects of the University's Division I Women's Volleyball program. Duties will include but are not limited to: maintain the overall program, day to day coaching, individual skill instruction, recruiting quality NCAA Division I eligible athletes, developing a culture of NCAA Division I compliance among staff and student athletes, scheduling competitive NCAA Division I competition, budgeting assigned funds, scouting and film exchange of opponents, oversight of all recruiting and team travel arrangements and monitoring student athlete academic success.
