This is a full-time position leading an NCAA Division II volleyball program in the competitive Gulf South Conference. The program boasts a rich history including 15 conference championships as well as an updated locker room in August, 2023. Expectations include, but are not limited to, development and implementation of a successful NCAA Division II intercollegiate volleyball program. Responsibilities include all aspects of recruiting and retention of student-athletes, budget management, practice and game preparation and execution, adherence to institutional, Gulf South Conference and NCAA rules and regulations, supporting the vision and culture of the CBU Athletics Department, and other duties as assigned. This position carries no teaching or secondary responsibilities in
