JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Athletics, the Women's Volleyball Head Coach will be ultimately responsible for all recruiting, coaching, planning and management of the Greensboro College women's volleyball program. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Adheres to the USA South Athletic Conference and Greensboro College rules and regulations Adheres to the NCAA rules and regulations and annually reviews new NCAA legislation Recruits qualified student-athletes and consistently communicates recruiting strategies and roster numbers to the Director of Athletics Submits requested departmental forms in a timely manner Organizes practice plans and schedules contests Plans and implements team travel arrangements Instrumental in student-athlete developm
