Position Title: Head Women’s Flag Football Coach FTE:1.0 Department: Athletics Reports To: Athletics Director FLSA: Exempt This position promotes and supports the learning experience of Marian University students by, being responsible in overseeing all phases of the Women’s Flag Football program within compliance of Marian University and NCAA rules and regulations (as the sport transitions to a sanctioned sport). ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1.Develops and maintains a system to identify prospective student-athletes and to work closely with club and high school coaches to recruit quality student-athletes 2.Develops and implements a program which includes monitored academic progress in addition to performance 3.Responsible for in-game coaching
