Head Coach - Women's Volleyball - University of Charleston (WV)
The head coach is responsible for facilitating all aspects associated with running a collegiate volleyball program. The head volleyball coach will recruit student-athletes and manage graduate assistants, part-time coaches, and student workers. In addition, the head coach will plan, implement, and evaluate student-athletes' performance on and off the court. The head coach is also responsible for conducting marketing initiatives, equipment maintenance, game preparation and tactical strategies, travel coordination, budget preparation and reconciliation, and organizing and facilitating summer camps. The head coach for volleyball must abide by all rules and regulations established by the University of Charleston, the Mountain East Conference (MEC), and the NCAA.
