The Graduate Program in Higher Education Leadership is offering graduate assistantships on the Messiah University campus in Pennsylvania beginning with the Fall 2025 academic year. Graduate assistants will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience working on a college or university campus while pursuing a master’s degree in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership or in Higher Education Leadership through Messiah University. Numerous coaching and support positions are available including Men’s Basketball, Cross Country/Track & Field, Women’s Lacrosse, Women’s Volleyball and Athletic Communications.
